Black thug refused to exit a stolen vehicle when surrounded by police and SWAT team.
A black criminal refused to leave a stolen Toyota for more than three hours, before a Beverly Hills SWAT team deployed 40 mm non-lethal rounds and three volleys of CS gas, a chemical agent, on his sorry ass.
The car thief is Daniel Allen, 29, of Santa Clarita. The cigar chomping copper's say he's facing charges of felony evading and resisting arrest. Allen is expected to have himself arraigned on Wednesday, April 7.
“He barricaded his scared self in the car. He was so fucking scared he used blankets, sleeping bags all throughout the car to hide under. That made it difficult for us to see inside the vehicle. The goon was alone. There were no weapons that we noticed.”
Three innocent people were also involved. He smashed into them, causing injury. They were treated and released, officials said.
